In this role, you will be part of a committed and professional team, delivering exceptional services in the realm of defined benefit pension plan management. Your responsibilities will engage your analytical capabilities daily, fostering a rewarding career in a dynamic environment.

Your Role Includes:
  • Overseeing the client accounts department as a manager
  • Planning and coordinating tasks related to pension plan management
  • Supervising and validating work outputs
  • Tracking the progress of various tasks and projects
  • Mentoring and training team members
  • Supporting the team in executing special projects
  • Managing and monitoring the budget
  • Enhancing client satisfaction by addressing their needs and requests
  • Proposing improvements to our operational processes
  • Developing new business relationships and expanding existing client agreements
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Pension Management
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or a related field
  • Strong team-oriented mindset
  • Analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly organized and resourceful
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude
  • Fluency in spoken and written French; bilingualism is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
