Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our team at CAA Club Group. As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and executing people strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Conduct analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR, and provide recommendations to improve HR processes and programs
  • Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, employee relations, change management, and talent management
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requests

Requirements

  • Completion of CHRP or equivalent is preferred
  • University degree and CHRP or equivalent (strongly preferred)
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar HR capacity
  • 3+ years direct recruiting experience; preferably in a competitive marketplace
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, procedures, practices, relevant legislation, regulations, labour and employment law
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
