At Hussein Khalil - Desjardins Insurance Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, make presentations to potential customers, and obtain necessary licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Mutual Fund).
- Position may require travel and flexible hours.
$45,000 - $75,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
