Physiotherapist - Seniors Wellness Specialist

Exciting Opportunity for a Resident/Registered Physiotherapist
Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident/Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at the Elizabeth Center in Val cron, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Administer and collect outcome measurement information to inform treatment decisions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with referral sources and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
- Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
- ADP authorization is a strong asset
- Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
- Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
