Job Summary:

Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Seniors Wellness team in Lakeland, Parry Sound. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement information to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Engage in continuous learning and skills development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments
  • Contribute to a positive patient experience by providing empathetic and compassionate care

Requirements:

  • Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (Physiotherapy Residents welcome to apply)
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
  • ADP Authorizer status (we can support your development in this area)
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
  • Proof of COVID vaccination
