About the Role

As a Physiotherapist with Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with seniors in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients
  • Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress
  • Administering and collecting outcome measurement information
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Communicating with referral sources and stakeholders
  • Engaging in continuous learning and skills development
Requirements
  • Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (Physiotherapy Residents welcome to apply)
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
  • ADP Authorizer status (we can help you earn this status)
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
  • Proof of COVID vaccination
