As a Physiotherapist with Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with seniors in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients
- Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress
- Administering and collecting outcome measurement information
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Communicating with referral sources and stakeholders
- Engaging in continuous learning and skills development
- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (Physiotherapy Residents welcome to apply)
- Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
- ADP Authorizer status (we can help you earn this status)
- Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
- Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
- Proof of COVID vaccination
