Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Whistler Blackcomb. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, payroll, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with operational tools, such as Enablon, Honeycomb reviews, and safety tracking.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous office and customer service experience.
  • Aptitude for mathematics, accounting, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Windows/Office/Excel.
  • Experience in Operations, especially Grooming, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains is an asset.
  • Active listener, and supportive team player with strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in work hours as needed by the business.
  • Clear criminal record check, BC Driver's License, and a clean driver's abstract are mandatory.
