Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Order Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for resolving customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer order issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve order issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex order issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service and/or supply chain experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: English and French required, as the role supports and interacts with team members from all Canadian provinces.
