Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, focusing on logistics, vendor relations, and on-site assistance.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their event requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Support the development and management of event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and dismantling of events, ensuring all details are efficiently managed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee seamless event execution.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to events, including report preparation and event record maintenance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple events concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management or a related field is preferred.
