We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Wok Box. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
This is a permanent, part-time position, working 10 to 20 hours per week. Public transportation is available, and the work environment is fast-paced with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.
