We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Quinte Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing services to patients based on thorough assessments and care planning procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
