Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

The Teddington is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and ensure infection control
  • Apply aseptic techniques and provide nursing services to patients
  • Monitor patients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Immunization records and Tuberculosis test
  • Vulnerable sector check
Work Environment:

The Registered Practical Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
