Job Title: Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at Bayon Automotive. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues in vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues: Use your technical expertise to identify and fix problems with vehicle engines, transmissions, and other mechanical systems.
  • Inspect and test vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and test vehicles to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Estimate and repair costs: Provide accurate estimates for repairs and work with customers to find cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide top-notch service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work site environment: Fast-paced environment, dusty, dirty
  • Physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, judgement, reliability, team player, punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work hours: 40 hours per week
