Key Responsibilities

As part of the Commercial Banking division, you will collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive financial solutions that promote growth, enhance cash flow management, improve operational efficiency, and reduce risk. In your role as a Senior Client Relationship Executive, you will address client needs while driving business expansion within the commercial sector, utilizing partnerships with the broader market team to provide a diverse array of Commercial Banking services. You will oversee and expand a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients by actively seeking new business opportunities within the community and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service for their daily banking requirements.

How You Will Excel
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate new client relationships through proactive business development efforts, leveraging existing clients and referral sources. Continuously monitor and nurture these relationships by gaining a deep understanding of clients' objectives and business status.
  • Collaborative Approach: Partner with internal teams to connect clients with opportunities. Engage actively in the local business community to build a profile that facilitates effective relationships with both new and existing clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Client-Centric Service: Anticipate and assess client needs, proposing tailored solutions. Engage with assigned clients to ensure prompt responses to inquiries or issues, delivering top-tier service. Utilize your industry knowledge to craft client proposals that address financial and strategic needs.
Who You Are
  • You prioritize client satisfaction, engaging purposefully to identify the best solutions and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • You possess experience in Commercial or Business Banking, showcasing strong business development capabilities and a solid grasp of financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation methods and cash flow analysis. You have managed the credit quality of a portfolio of commercial banking clients with credit needs typically ranging from $250K to $5MM, along with complex cash management requirements.
  • You take ownership of your work, thriving when given the autonomy to take initiative and deliver results.
  • You hold a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • You value integrity and authenticity, bringing your true self to work and embodying our core values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
  • You are bilingual in French and English, enabling you to serve our diverse client base effectively.
