The Global Finance Operations Leader will ensure the integrity of accounting information while spearheading financial strategy, compliance with regulations, and the accuracy of financial results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in team development and management.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and relevant business tools.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
