About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Adjuster, you will play a critical role in providing support to our clients who have been involved in accidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate complex claims situations to ensure fair and timely settlements.
- Review treatment plans and medical records to determine the extent of injuries and necessary compensation.
- Manage stressful calls and communicate clearly with clients to provide updates on their claims.
- Effectively manage a busy schedule to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field.
- Working towards the CIP designation is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of claims adjusting experience.
- Experience working in a clinical setting dealing with MVA patients is an asset.
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite.
