Job Title: Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

Okta is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies across the organization. This role will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with product development, sales, and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions
  • Provide pricing guidance and support to sales teams to ensure effective pricing execution
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue growth, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand business objectives and develop pricing strategies that align with those objectives
