About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Property Claims team at Intact Financial Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to inquiries and resolving claims in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our property policies, products, and services to effectively address customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and technology, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Fluency in English, with French being an asset.
