About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and planning support to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget and forecast reports, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  4. Provide financial planning and analysis support to senior management, including development of financial plans and forecasts.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
  2. Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA), and/or CFA.
  3. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
