Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating check-in and check-out processes for both individual and group visitors
  • Addressing inquiries via phone and in-person
  • Coordinating guest requests for additional amenities and ensuring prompt delivery
  • Upholding room security and confidentiality
  • Documenting special accommodation requests and ensuring precise pre-registrations
  • Completing all assigned tasks efficiently according to shift checklists
  • Managing daily financial transactions and cash handling duties
  • Assisting with cleanliness to maintain a tidy workspace
  • Responding to guest needs to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns
  • Overseeing sales from the lobby kiosk and maintaining the guest business center
  • Performing any additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a full-service hospitality environment
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet navigation
  • Familiarity with the local area and attractions
  • Experience with reservation systems and cash management
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
