As the IT Compliance Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. **Lead the SAP Security Compliance Team:** Oversee a dedicated team focused on maintaining compliance with SOX regulations.
2. **Coordinate Audit Activities:** Collaborate with various Information & Technology teams to facilitate SOX audit processes and ensure effective management of IT General Controls (ITGCs).
3. **Manage SOX Engagements:** Direct SOX compliance initiatives and meticulously review documentation in alignment with established SOX and auditing standards, as well as internal audit protocols.
4. **Strategic Planning:** Develop comprehensive plans to enhance compliance frameworks and ensure robust governance practices across the organization.

In this role, you will play a critical part in fortifying our compliance posture and driving continuous improvement in our IT governance processes.
