Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure quality control standards are met
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

Our Shift Managers work in a hot food service environment, standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
