Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a diverse team. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality service and products, answer questions about the menu, and address guest service complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Restaurant Operations: Ensure the restaurant meets critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the shift, promote a respectful team environment, assign duties, and provide ongoing direction and training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • 1+ years of previous experience in the food service industry
  • Legal working age and eligibility to work in Canada
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capable of lifting up to 22 kg and standing for extended periods
