About the Role:

The Care Worker role is a vital position within our organization, Rainbow Care Services, and is one of the most rewarding roles in the industry. This role plays a crucial part in enabling service users to live in the community for as long as possible by providing the necessary care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a culturally sensitive service that is integral to the provision of home care.
  • Perform basic personal care tasks as outlined in the service user's care plan, including assisting with toileting, dressing, and feeding.
  • Alert the Care Coordinator or Field Supervisor of any changes in the service user's condition or circumstances.
  • Establish and maintain good communication with service users, including those with communication difficulties.
