Position Overview:
As a Production Supervisor at Fashion Nova, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Product Development and Production processes. Our brand is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and style across various apparel categories, including denim, non-denim, tops, and bottoms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Development team by managing sample and purchase order organization.
- Conduct thorough assessments of samples in the Product Development queue, ensuring accurate counts and organization.
- Schedule fitting appointments with vendors and models, facilitating smooth coordination of the TOP process as required.
- Engage in market research and fabric sourcing to drive on-trend product development.
- Issue purchase orders to factories based on insights gathered during the product development phase.
- Track orders from purchase order to shipment, maintaining oversight on the work-in-progress (WIP) track.
- Manage all vendor communications following the hand-off from the Product Development team.
- Proactively identify potential issues before purchase orders are finalized, collaborating with Product Development and Design teams to resolve them prior to production.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality results efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and adapt projects in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible thinker capable of making sound independent decisions.
- AFA or AA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
