Senior Manager, Information Security

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Information Security to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of information security strategies and policies to protect our customers' and employees' sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information security strategies and policies to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Lead the development and maintenance of information security standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure information security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on information security best practices and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging information security threats and technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with a strong background in identity and authentication, SQL, and Python.
- CISSP, Security+, or other relevant certifications.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information security issues and develop effective solutions.
