Senior Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team at Tampa Gardens Senior Living. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security frameworks and strategies to safeguard our organization's information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Security Framework Development: Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive security architecture frameworks to protect our systems and data.
- Threat Identification and Mitigation: Identify and assess potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to our systems, and design security solutions and controls to mitigate these risks.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT and Product teams to integrate security measures into system designs and operations, and provide expert guidance on security architecture to stakeholders and management.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with emerging security trends, threats, and technologies, and conduct training and awareness programs to educate staff on security best practices.
- Incident Response: Participate in incident response planning and lead remediation efforts in case of security breaches.
- Experience: 5+ years of deep hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing security within large-scale cloud environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity, network engineering, or a similar field.
- Skills: Good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and security principles, extensive knowledge of security principles, access controls (IAM), network security, encryption, vulnerability management, threat modeling, incident response.
