Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards to protect First National's information assets.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of information security controls and measures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on information security best practices and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior management role.
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong understanding of information security frameworks, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
