About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi Kimu. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes to order
  • Clean and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a sushi restaurant
  • Permanent full-time position, 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
