Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Costing and Training Specialist to join our team at Hall Constructors. As a key member of our costing department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets, entering data, and verifying invoices and tickets for proper coding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets for job costing.
  • Enter data for equipment costs, fuel expenses, and other relevant information.
  • Verify that invoices and tickets are coded to the correct job and cost code.
  • Collaborate with field crews to ensure accurate and timely costing reports.
  • Support transaction processing related to job costing, time entry, billing, and third-party invoice processing.
Training Support
  • Book training courses and track staff training hours.
  • Upload certificates and training records to our company LMS.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience with a focus on data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Basic understanding of project job costing, time entry, and billing processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
