About the Role
The Customer Success Manager - Digital Transformation Specialist will play a critical role in guiding customers through their business journey with SAP solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP solutions and their applications in various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with SAP solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a consulting or sales environment
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and its applications in various industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in English and local language
