Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Brad Sproxton - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (we will provide training and support to obtain these if not already licensed).
