Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at John Brooks Company. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed quotes for John Brooks spray and valve products
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • College diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in B2B customer service
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
