About the Role

Pinnacle Construction Limited is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities of subcontractors, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Subcontractor Activities: Work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily construction plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Select Trade Subcontractors: Identify and select qualified subcontractors to work on construction projects.
  • Prepare and Submit Construction Project Budget Estimates: Develop and submit detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff and/or Volunteers: Recruit, hire, and supervise construction staff and volunteers as needed.
  • Read Blueprints, Schemas, and Drawings: Interpret and understand construction blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
  • Develop Risk Management Plans: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects.
  • Operate Forklift: Safely operate a forklift to move materials and equipment on construction sites.Equipment and Machinery Experience
    • Hand Tools: Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in construction.
    Construction Specialization
    • Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional: Experience working on industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.

    • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
