Project Coordinator Position

Pinnacle Construction Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

  • Responsibilities
    • Coordinate activities of subcontractors and ensure seamless project execution.
    • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
    • Plan and organize daily tasks to meet project deadlines.
    • Select trade subcontractors and negotiate contracts.
    • Prepare construction project budget estimates and manage costs.
    • Manage staff and volunteers to ensure effective project delivery.
    • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
    • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential project risks.
    • Operate forklift and other heavy machinery as required.
  • Experience with Equipment and Machinery
    • Hand tools and other equipment necessary for project execution.
  • Specialization
    • Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
