Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Service Technician to join our team at Kal Tire. As a Commercial Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our commercial customers, ensuring their vehicles are running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial tires and wheels, including removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, balancing, inflating, and installation.
  • Conduct routine tire inspections and maintenance services to ensure proper tire inflation, tread wear, and overall conditions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering service calls and providing tire-related assistance for commercial vehicles stranded on the road.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, listening to their tire-related concerns and providing advice and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively to explain tire services performed and any additional recommendations for maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tire services
  • You are a self-starter dedicated to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and constructive workplace
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Enjoy creating positive and building long-term relationships
  • Ability to excel in a physical environment and comfortable lifting 50 lbs at shoulder height
  • Safety mindset, willing to wear all required PPE, and follow all safety procedures
