Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Service Technician to join our team at Kal Tire. As a Commercial Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our commercial customers, ensuring their vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial tires and wheels, including removal, dismounting, balancing, inflating, and installation.
  • Conduct routine tire inspections and maintenance services to ensure proper tire inflation, tread wear, and overall conditions.
  • Provide tire-related assistance for commercial vehicles stranded on the road, including answering service calls and providing advice on tire services.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, listening to their concerns and providing recommendations for maintenance and repair.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain tire services performed and any additional recommendations for maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tire services
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a positive, collaborative, and constructive workplace
  • Comfortable working in a physical environment and lifting 50 lbs at shoulder height
  • Safety mindset and willingness to wear all required PPE and follow safety procedures
