We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ANEEK DEVELOPMENT LTD.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Operations: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, plan and organize daily operations, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Communication: Oversee the development of communication strategies, compile data, statistics, and other information, and provide customer service.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, and electronic mail.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, and with minimal supervision.
- Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, and dependability.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
