Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Club Level Concierge to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, and guest wellbeing.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages to our guests.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies as needed.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed.
  • Complete opening and closing duties.
  • Requisition all necessary supplies and transport them from the storeroom to the bar set-up area as required.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Document pertinent information in the department logbook.
  • Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
