Altadore Gymnastic Club is in search of a WAG Competitive Coaching Specialist. This role involves collaborating closely with the WAG Head Coach to mentor and guide athletes in their competitive journey.

The coaching position encompasses a commitment of 12-30 hours per week, focusing on creating a supportive and educational atmosphere for all participants while preparing them for advanced competitive pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective coaching to assigned groups, ensuring adherence to the club's vision and objectives.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages athlete development.
  • Work collaboratively with the Management Team to uphold club policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. NCCP WAG Level 1 or 2 Certification
  2. Certification in Gymnastics Foundations Active Start
  3. Certification in Gymnastics Foundations Trampoline
  4. Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  5. Experience in Developmental Programs is advantageous
  6. Strong understanding of the CPP levels
  7. Police Security Clearance
  8. A passion for developing a career in competitive coaching
