Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recovery-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Provide individual, group, and family support using a variety of interviewing and assessment methods.
- Assess client needs and provide referrals to community services and rehabilitative programs.
- Advocate on behalf of clients and provide education to staff, clients, and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counselling, or a related field.
- Two years' recent experience working with clients and families with mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Eligible for registration or membership with a professional association or regulatory body.
- Valid Class V BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
