  • Exhibit seniority through adept navigation of ambiguity, swift execution, and high-quality advice and accountability.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to aid in the development of effective deployment practices.
  • Take charge of specific deployment activities and responsibilities in a project mode when targeted interventions are necessary.
  • Guide and mentor Project Owners/Project Managers and deployment advisors in developing change management strategies, providing tailored support based on the complexity of the mandate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with six years of experience, or a master's degree with four years of experience, or a university certificate with eight years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in deployment strategy and project management is advantageous.
  • Experience in large-scale deployments related to customer solutions is essential.
  • In-depth experience in change management is required.
  • Proven ability to implement innovative change management practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, PowerBi, Confluence, and Hub tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and present at an executive level.
  • Recognized leadership skills with a strong ability to influence others.
