As a Senior Advisor in Deployment Cadence Management, you will possess a comprehensive understanding of business deployments that influence the organization, enabling you to offer optimal recommendations and guidance regarding deployment sequencing and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to comprehend their needs and business goals, aligning discussions towards innovative deployment and change management strategies.
- Reflect changes arising from initiatives across diverse sectors and target audiences, ensuring stakeholder alignment in executing the adoption strategy.
- Plan absorption efforts in advance to ensure successful deployments and optimize sequencing.
- Refine capacity assumptions based on accurate assessments of customer and employee impacts through workforce evaluations.
- Create executive deliverables detailing the sequencing of deployments, including expected absorption capacity statuses for affected consulting and client teams.
- Contribute insights and recommendations, ensuring the implementation of innovative change management practices to enhance employee adoption and customer engagement.
- Exhibit seniority through adept navigation of ambiguity, swift execution, and high-quality advice and accountability.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to aid in the development of effective deployment practices.
- Take charge of specific deployment activities and responsibilities in a project mode when targeted interventions are necessary.
- Guide and mentor Project Owners/Project Managers and deployment advisors in developing change management strategies, providing tailored support based on the complexity of the mandate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with six years of experience, or a master's degree with four years of experience, or a university certificate with eight years of experience.
- Extensive experience in deployment strategy and project management is advantageous.
- Experience in large-scale deployments related to customer solutions is essential.
- In-depth experience in change management is required.
- Proven ability to implement innovative change management practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, PowerBi, Confluence, and Hub tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and present at an executive level.
- Recognized leadership skills with a strong ability to influence others.
