Your Role:
  • Be a trusted advisor to wealth advisors, providing expert guidance on investment strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors to develop tailored investment plans that meet the unique needs of their clients.
  • Gain valuable insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of an investment advisor and support team initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and attend investment meetings to demystify investment processes.
  • Lead and assist in business discussion workshops with advisors and field coaches, producing reports to support investment advisors.
  • Conduct analyses to provide essential information for the firm's strategic decision-making and support advisors in their client-facing decisions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and changes, participating in initiatives to improve service offerings.
Your Team:

You'll be part of a dynamic team of wealth management experts supporting nearly 1,000 advisors across Canada. Joining NBFWM is an opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment, with the possibility to learn and develop.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience (full-time or part-time) in the business world.
  • Ability to develop collaborative and constructive working relationships with colleagues and wealth advisors.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Solid knowledge of collaboration tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Initiative, versatility, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
