Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Hunter Amenities International is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our sample distribution process, ensuring timely delivery to customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sampling strategies aligned with sales and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the logistics of sample distribution, including inventory control and monitoring stock levels.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify leads for sampling programs.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback on samples to inform future product and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sampling activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, report insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
