Job Overview
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors at a prestigious residential property. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents have a seamless and enjoyable living experience.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle diverse requests with professionalism and grace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Handle resident inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with building staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve resident concerns promptly and effectively.
