Concierge (Weekends, Yaletown area)

Job OverviewAs a Concierge, you will be the face of our high-end residential properties, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Our most successful Concierges possess a strong background in customer service, a passion for going above and beyond, and the ability to problem-solve and diffuse challenging situations.
Shifts and AvailabilityWe are seeking a part-time Concierge to work Saturday and Sunday in the Yaletown area, with shifts available from 3pm to 11pm.
Requirements and Qualifications- Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
- At least one year of direct/in-person customer service experience is required
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary to communicate effectively with clients and support staff
- Ability to patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
- Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)
As a part-time associate, you will have access to our Employee Assistance Program and competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $21.00.
