Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our high-end residential properties, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that residents receive a high standard of service. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve and diffuse challenging situations.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with package delivery and storage
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the property
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to patrol the property and perform other duties as required
