Position Summary:

We are seeking two Intermediate Contaminated Sites Specialists with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a consulting framework. Candidates with exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, strong organizational capabilities, and technical proficiency will be prioritized. The ideal applicant will be self-driven, possess a robust work ethic, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and refining clear and concise conceptual site models for contaminated locations.
  2. Executing site-specific risk assessment initiatives for intricate sites.
  3. Supporting senior staff in risk assessment projects for complex sites.
  4. Collaborating with senior risk assessment personnel to formulate effective risk-based site management strategies.
  5. Providing mentorship and facilitating the professional growth of risk assessment project team members.
  6. Offering technical assistance across various Millennium disciplines, including hydrogeology, site evaluation, and remediation efforts.
  7. Identifying skill gaps within the discipline and contributing to necessary training initiatives.
  8. Creating technical resources and implementing training to enhance internal processes within the discipline.
  9. Possessing the ability to achieve professional designation with APEGA or AIA.
