Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Specialist to join our team at Summitearth. As a key member of our environmental team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance on spills and environmental impact assessments
  • Oversee and input on reclamation site assessments and surface reclamation projects
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage environmental projects
  • Supervise and mentor field and office staff
  • Interpret and analyze data, and prepare reports
  • Maintain client relationships and interact with regulatory stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree or diploma in environmental engineering, agrology, conservation, or geoscience
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental site assessment and reclamation
  • Registration as a member of a recognized professional association
  • Proficient in Alberta and Saskatchewan regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project team environment
